Internal Symphony

The cold
And empty night
Cracked
By your absence

Filled
By the warmth
Of a burning song

A breathless quest
A bright
Colourful
Symphony
On a silent path

My fingers
Softly caressing
The unreachable velvet
Of your lips

Smile

To undertake
To rebuild
Permanently
Daily

To undergo
Each and every weakness

To watch
Helplessly
Each un-hold breath
Each skid of fatigue
Like so many micro fightings
Out of which
We have to recover
Stronger

To extricate oneself
To be in hiding
To shut up
To get lost
To better meet one's self
In the floating of the crowd
Heavy  with its unfathomable rustlings
Dazzling
With its too strong truth

A price to pay
Holding
Its unsustainable breath
A delicate balance
Where chaos and ignorance
would not reign

Grinding
Our childhood dreams
And giving to our adults's fantasies
Illusory honey flavors
Electrical
Violent
Temporary
And full of doubts
Crashing
Bruised
Like bright burns
On our silent mouths

Irreversible truths
With solid roots
That our mothers
Haven't taught us

To conjugate
These beautiful inconsistencies
Vibrating
With all their lights
colorful
Blinding
And wild
Disturbing
Revealing

Without losing
The straight vision
That keeps us anchored to this world

To walk
To dream
Open-eyed
Standing
Sore and worthy

Smiling
In a sweet rest

In a whisper

Looking at your sleeping face
in the morning

Golden tears

Sensitive interactions
Clashing
Like crystal paper

Disarticulated heart
Hurt
Taken by surprise
And misunderstanding

To sustain love
In the whirl
Of the madding crowd

A knife
A permanent threat
In an unclosed Hell

Waves
Spreading
Their daily injection
Of tempting thoughts
A challenge
To conjugate
With full poetry

Shall I turn them
Into a cry
A whisper
Or else
Into silence?

A pain
A breath
To be swallowed
Into a so-called
Yet stupid 'wisdom'

The voiced and the un-voiced
The similar powers
Of their expression
Always a question
In the balance

Killing words
Scars
Ironed
Accurately
Imperceptibly
The way
They have to be
By the mighty clock
Covering the silent space

Holding off
The unbearable burning
Visions
A burden or a memory
To cherish
Everyone in his own bubble
Temporarily protected
from the affronts of this world

A travel

A kiss

Plural
And unconditional

A blossoming of kisses

Each one
A travel
Into each other's
Landscape
                                                        (for the man I love)

Eternity

Your lips
Holding eternity
On their breath

A blissful caress
Touching my soul

A book
To be read
And read again
In an endless
Beginning

Melting
With a deep blue
Dancing sea

Their mystery
Suspended
At the mirror of my eyes

Here, in reality

A sleepless night

A night of un-chosen
Sacrifice
Silent
In loneliness
Exploding
With guiltiness
Like broken glass
Into a million cries

The desperate beauty
Of your voice
Whispering
Killing words
In my ears

The sea

I went there to see the sea
But you don't only see the sea
You feel it

A whole landscape's wild dance
Telling to your skin
Its precious song
Heard in a recurrent splash
In a murmur
A fury
A shout in the open
Bouncing against the walls
Of a grazed heart
Beating at the speed
Of a galloping horse

Your seduced tongue
Tasting it
Smelling its sensual
Stunning mists

Back and forth
In an endless dance
A peaceful silent partner
An appeasement
Filling in the blanks

Like a potential
Perpetual answer
To your questions

"Elle est retrouvée. Quoi? L'éternité. C'est la mer. Allée au soleil" / "It is found again. What? Eternity. It is the sea. Gone with the sun." - (Arthur Raimbaud)

The unheard song

An unheard song

Nothing
acceptable enough
To be praised
In the light

No passionate
Red
Twirling dress
No official belonging
No state

No warm home
By the fire

Not even
The shadow
Of a shadow

Not a hint
Or a murmur

What is seen
What is heard
Not being
What it seems to be

Unknown
Among the unknown

Drinking the endless night
Until nausea

Caressing the soft shadow
Of your soul

If we were

If we 'were'

I may not
Find the words
To express
Such a bliss

It would just be here
And there
Powerful and proud
In its simplicity

In the same way
That there is no discernible extent
In the killing absence

Each empty space
Each terrifying void
Would be filled
With an infinite warmth

Inhabiting
Effortless
In all its magnificence
The spheres of the unsaid
To blossom
Radiant
On our love-aching mouths

              **********

Endolories d'amour

A Perfect Dawn

Burning lips
Impatiently
Falling asleep

In a dream

Drinking the landscape
Of your velvet body

Kissing your soul
In a whisper

Setting alight
The lonely night
Until
A perfect dawn
